Home Support options:

A. Remote Control Support. If you can access the Internet you can buy a Remote Help Desk Ticket for $40.00 and we will take remote control of you home pc to quickly fix your issue. A Remote Help Desk ticket is good for 1 issue and up to 1 hour. If your issue will take longer you simply purchase additional tickets.

B. On Site Support. If we can not get your internet working over the phone or you need more in depth help setting up wireless routers or basic home networking you can purchase an On Site Help Desk Ticket for $65.00 and we will come to your house and fix your issue in person. Home visits can be scheduled in 1 to 5 days. On Site Help Desk tickets are not limited to a single issue but are purchased in 1 hour blocks. On site visits outside of our core home user coverage area will have a $25.00 distance surcharge per visit. Core coverage area map.
